(GunReports.com) — At the recent Media Range Day at the 2012 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, video producer J T Woodard goes in front of the camera to set up a video brief on Maglula Ltd. magazine loaders and unloaders.
Maglula Ltd. is a privately held Israeli company whose high-quality magazine loaders and unloaders have found wide application in military, LE, and private use. Their product lines include:
LULA™ rifle magazine loader & unloader – a personal loader and unloader
UpLULA™ pistol magazine loader – a personal Universal Pistol magazine loader
StripLULA™ 10-round stripper clip and loose rounds loader and unloader
BenchLoader magazine loader, a heavy duty single stroke magazine loader
All of the company’s products were invented, designed, developed, brought to production, and QC supervised by Ran and Guy Tal (father & son). Ran is demonstrating the products in this video.
Ran said, “We make working prototypes by hand using combination of metals, plastics and wood, test them, then take measurements off the prototypes and bring them to 3D CAD. Molds are made for plastic injection process products, or products are CNC machined. All UpLULAs and BenchLoaders are individually inspected prior to packing and shipping.”
First he demonstrates the 5.56 StripLULA, which loads and unloads loose rounds fast. Models available for the following: M-16/AR-15 in 5.56/.223; AK47/Galil in 7.62/5.56; MP5 in 9mm; COLT SMG in 9mm; UZI in 9mm; M1A/M14 in .308; and FAL in .308.
Then Ran demonstrates the 5.56 BenchLoader, a heavy-duty industrial 30-round magazine loader, which comes in the following models: M16/AR15 USGI (NATO STANAG 4179); M16/AR15 USGI; H&K metal 416/SA80; Beretta AR 70-90; Pmag; H&K G36; Galil; and STEYR AUG & M16/AR15 USGI.
