(GunReports.com) — Customers who purchase select Leupold Mark AR scopes (SKUs 67170, 67165, 67160, 67405, 67400, 67390, 67395) can receive a $50 rebate starting October 1. The rebate program continues until December 31st, 2012.
To participate, consumers need to complete and send the rebate form (available by clicking the red link below this story) with the original online or store identified receipt dated between October 1 and December 31 with the purchase price of the required product purchased circled. Also, you’ll need to supply the original UPC bar code cut from the product packaging (originals only, copies not accepted). Mail the materials to the following address to claim the rebate:
