Premier Reticles has expanded its Premier line of riflescopes with the introduction of the Heritage 3-15×50 tactical riflescope.
The Heritage 3-15×50 optical design features outstanding image quality across the entire field of view, superior color fidelity, sharpness and contrast ratio, a field of view that surpasses what is presently offered in comparable scopes, and excellent light transmission through the full visual spectrum. The optical design enhances accuracy and identification of targets with speed and clarity.
The Heritage 3-15×50 uses Premier Reticles patented illuminated Gen II Mil-dot reticle, with 11 brightness settings and a locking illumination dial for storage in the “Off” position. The illumination is designed to go “power off” between settings and has a 30 minute time out maximum to preserve battery life. Premier Reticles Gen II Mil-dot is presently used on all sniper scopes supplied to the USMC.
Parallax adjustment is accomplished by turning a side turret providing a sharp image focus from 50 meters to infinity. The side turret allows the parallax adjustment to be accomplished while the shooter is in the shooting position and without having to raise their head to observe the adjustment.
The tactical windage and elevation adjustments on the Heritage also feature Lever-Lock dial retention for re-zeroing without the use of special tools. The adjustments provide 0.1miliradian (1cm) per click for a total of 77 minute of angle elevation in one revolution of the Single Turn Turret, and 55moa of windage, also on a Single Turn Turret. A double-turn version will be offered which allows use of the 34 mils (120 MOA) total internal adjustment in just “Two” turns; available in user-swappable dials for changing click value between 0.1mrad (1cm) and ¼ moa.
Ocular adjustment is a total of 5.5 diopter and the adjustment is held as set by a finger actuated lock on the ocular housing, ensuring any adjustment made for your vision will be kept in place from any inadvertent adjustment.
The Heritage 3-15×50 riflescope is based upon a super rugged 34mm diameter one-piece maintube constructed from 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum. All internal parts are precision machined to matching tolerances providing exacting performance, reliability and movement.
