Oral Arguments Heard Today in NRA’s Fifth Circuit Appeal

Oral arguments occurred July 10 in the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in the case of Jennings v. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
