From the 'he-just-doesn't-get-it' file: Joseph J. Bobbitt, Jr., a resident of Dallas, Georgia, has been sentenced in federal court in Pittsburgh to 36 months' imprisonment, to be followed by three years supervised release on his conviction of violating federal firearms laws.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Smith & Wesson Corp. announced that it has filled orders from three state agencies for duty firearms for its Military & Police (M&P) Pistol Series.
