(GunReports.com) — Any day you sign on to GunAuction.com you’re liable to find a firearm that you’ve always wanted. Apparently, quite a few gunowners are interested in Browning BARs, because Auction #10965165 has a high number of bidders interested in a BAR in 7mm Rem. Magnum built in 1978.
It’s a Penny Auction on a Grade 1 Browning that’s in Excellent condition, according to seller “Old Hickery.” At one point, this auction had the highest number of bids, 56, on GunAuction.com.
“Old Hickery” said the Belgium-made rifle has a 99% original blued finish, checkered walnut stock and forearm in excellent condition, sling, detachable 4-round box magazine, and a Tasco 3-12×40 scope. The scope is mounted above the hooded front and flip-up adjustable rear sight on the 24-inch barrel.
